Walt was great to work with! I test drove a car that I was interested in and there were a few small issues that bugged me. I brought them to his attention and he provided a solution to both right away. One being two drill holes from a front bumper license plate that he fixed and made it look brand new. The other was after I was driving the the car home I noticed an awful sound on the front end. I let him know and he took care of it by fixing it in his shop. Would definitely buy another used car from his small town company.

Spoke to Kevin about a SUV that they had in the lot and was super helpful. I requested more pictures and videos before I made the 3hr drive to the dealership and he always replied in a timely manner. Even though I did not purchase a car from him, I still highly recommend checking their inventory and speaking with him.

Timothy provided amazing service! My kid was stuck away from home with a flat and bent rim. Timothy did a great job securing a new wheel and expediting the work and taking good care of us. Much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Looking at pulling my RV to a campsite 5 hours away in my 20 year old truck was daunting enough to get me looking for a newer vehicle. I found a 2017 Silverado, but the color wasn’t to my liking, so I asked Walt if he had anything in the pipeline. He had a 2017 Silverado coming, in a color I really liked, but it wasn’t in his inventory yet. He let me test drive it and we agreed on a price, knowing it still had to be gone over by the service department and detailed. Walt had them put new brakes on the rear wheels and had a transmission flush done as well and didn’t ask for any additional payment. Who does this? I think Walt just enjoys it when he can get a customer in a vehicle they really like. Thanks to Walt and Tom, I am going on my vacation in a truck I feel confident driving and enjoying the way it looks too!

Bought my forester almost a year ago from Walt. I have not had any issues with it besides the air conditioning not working the first summer I had the car. I contacted the dealership and due to me buying the car in winter the air conditioning could not be fully inspected. The dealership fixed the air conditioning at their cost and gave me a rental car at no cost. Every time I have contacted Walt or had any service done on the car at Walt Sicard service department i’ve had nothing but positive experiences! I would recommend them over and over again!!

Bought a 2015 Ford Focus back in May from Kevin and recently got ran off the road by a drunk driver, but Walt Sicard made it right with my service warranty and covered what my insurance didn't to help get me back on the road again!

Kevin at Walt Sicard Car Company in South Haven is so very kind and helpful. I was traveling with my family and dog to Sleeping Bear Dunes when our car broke down! We needed to get to Benton Harbor. After calling a couple of rental car agencies with no success, Kevin gave me the direct number to a place that offered long term car rentals and came to pick us up at a local gas station with a mini van that was able to hold all of us and our stuff which we used to pick up the long term rental car. Kevin and Tom are truly special people who care and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend Walt Sicard Car Company and their amazing team!!

Walt along with Timothy were able to get my son out of a real jam. Having hobbled into South Haven on a rainy Thursday night with a blinking engine light, a barely running motor, and a van full of 4 kids under 7, it was looking like a disaster weekend for them. He called me at 10 pm Thursday night. I drove to South Haven early Friday morning and stopped at Walt"s car dealership. Walt sent us over to his repair shop where Timothy gave us a quick synopsis of what could be wrong, from best case to worst case. He advised having it towed over to their shop and he would do his best to work it into his schedule, which was already full. So at 11 am. the van was towed over. We took my son and family over to to the beach preparing ourselves for having to wait until Monday to get the van fixed. At 3 in the afternoon Timothy called us to say the car was fixed and all set to pick up. The repairs were under $200, we were very pleased with the price and the excellent service rendered. I would recommend Walt's place highly for honesty, integrity, service, and professionalism. I am very pleased to give them 5 stars. Bob Boverhof

Huge shout out to the whole team; Jeff, Tim, Pebble, Walt and everyone else. Warranty transmission replacement, had to go through 2 (shipped from warranty company, no fault of theirs) until Jeff told the warranty company to get one from his trusted source. Running like a champ now and I always felt like number #1 even with how busy they are. If youre considering bringing your car here, do it. Ill be back and may even look at their car lot in the future. Thanks team.

I don't think I'll ever be able to express the gratitude I have for Walt Sicard Car Company. We were traveling to Michigain from Kentucky and the alternator went out on my truck. We were a mere 10 minutes from our destination stranded on the side of the road. Walt answered the phone when I was calling auto shops and told me he would call me back. 5 minutes later he had the number for a wrecker service and said he had a rental for me. He made time for us at his shop and got my truck back on the road. Jeff and everyone at the service department mad this would be nightmare a breeze to handle. Thank you so much for the fast and professional work!

I scheduled a service appointment because the A/C in my Subaru didn’t work. I was thrilled to learn they found the issue and it was a minor (and surprisingly inexpensive) repair! I feel like another repair company could have easily taken advantage and told me it was a much more difficult and expensive fix. Highly recommend Jeff and the service team at Walt Sicard!

Walt is the kinda car dealer everyone wishes they’d find. First & foremost he’s a very honest man. Wants to make sure that you’re happy with his vehicles, has his name stamped on it. We purchased a jeep this weekend and are extremely happy. I would recommend everyone to shop his lot first. You won’t be sorry!!!

After an exhausting search for a good used car I found Walt Sicard Car Company. My journey getting there was disappointing to say the least. I think I found every crooked car dealer around Grand Rapids Michigan. Long story short I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Walt and Tom and couldn't be happier. Walt and Tom were very up front about all the details with the car. No pressure just facts. I can appreciate honesty especially when it comes to buying anything used. This was a very easy, no hassle experience for me. I live an hour and a half away from the car lot in which I made this trip twice. Once to test drive and then finally to purchase the car. This is what it took to find a good honest car lot with a REAL quality car. On the night of purchase both Walt and Tom stayed past closing to wait for me. I appreciate Walt and his crew. Thanks Walt Sicard Car Company. I will be sending my people to your people. 🙂

We purchased a minivan from Walt about a year ago, and are very happy with the newest "member of the family"! Walt went above and beyond in helping us decide on the vehicle that would be best for our growing family, in helping us procure a good loan, and ordered/installed (free of charge) a piece of the door panel that went AWOL not long after purchasing the van . I recommend them 💯, and plan to go there again for our next vehicle.

I recently rented a car from Walt while on a get-a way weekend in South Haven. I generally bring a my favorite cigars with me and when I got home they were missing and must have left them somewhere. A few days later guess what, they showed up packaged in a box on my doorstep! Thanks Walt!!! Will be renting from you again!
